10 cloves Christopher Ranch California Heirloom Garlic – peeled
6 med. potatoes – peeled, cut into lg. squares
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chopped chives
Place potatoes in cold water, bring to boil and add garlic. Cook until potatoes are soft. Drain, add butter and mash. Add milk to obtain desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste, garnish with chives.
