Knowing YOUR story is one of the most important questions you can ask yourself. The stories you tell yourself is key to your well-being. In life, you move from triumph to heartbreak to boredom and back again, sometimes in the space of a single day. What are you to make of so many emotions, so many events? How does this help you tell YOUR story?

California has the SIXTH largest economy in the WORLD and the budget process defies a simple definition. It is a process rather than a product. It is not the development of the Governor’s Budget, the Legislature’s enactment of a budget nor the executive branch’s administration of the budget. Rather, it is the combination of all of these phases with all the ramifications and influences of political interactions, relationships with federal and local governments, public input, natural events, legal issues, the economy, initiatives and legislation, etc. Learn from policy experts the budget process – from beginning to end – and how it is influenced from various interested parties at a state, federal and global level.

1 out 3 organizations experienced workplace violence last year - most of these incidents were preventable.
No one wants to believe violence can happen in their own company. Unfortunately, that means even experienced HR professionals and managers often miss the warning signs or take too long to respond to threat in a situation where every second counts.
We will help you assess the risk of violence in your own company and learn what steps will have a real and lasting impact on everyone's safety. You'll be able to demonstrate that you've taken every precaution to provide a safe workplace for your employees. After all, if a violent incident ever does occur in your organization, you'll know you did everything possible to prevent it. Especially since you'll be dealing with the police, OSHA and the legal issues that inevitably follow these events.
