Lemon Flan

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
3 lemons, juiced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 packages of sweet biscuit cookies (ex. Mexican Maria cookies or something similar)

Blend sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and lemon juice in a blender until creamy. Arrange one layer of cookies on the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan then spread a thin layer of the mixture on top of the cookies. Continue layering the cookies and the mixture until the last layer of cookies is about 1 inch from the top of the pan. Cover dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
