UnitedAg awards $9,000 to Eight Students in Fresno and neighboring Counties

Eight students in Fresno and neighboring Counties have received scholarship awards totaling $9,000.
UnitedAg awarded the scholarships after reviewing 80 submitted applications. Applicants submitted in addition to detailed information, an essay focused on how they would manage resources to protect agriculture.
UnitedAg is proud to announce the following winners, Alexis Macias – Fresno, Marcos Amaro, Celeste Argueta, Venissia Garcia, Zachariah Peltzer and Andres Sanchez – Tulare, Beatrice Garcia – Kings County and Jonathan Rodriguez - Merced.
The Scholarship Awards Ceremony Luncheon will take place on July 28, 2016 at the Daily Grill - 7855 N Palm Ave, Fresno, CA 93711.
