The Orange County Register Names UnitedAg a Winner of the Orange County Top Workplaces 2025 Award

UnitedAg has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2025 honor by The Orange County Register, marking the second consecutive year the organization has received this recognition. This distinction is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage LLC, an employee engagement technology partner.

The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its core themes, including feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, among others.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

“We are deeply honored to receive this award for the second year in a row,” said Kirti Mutatkar, CEO of UnitedAg. “Our team is the heart of everything we do, and this recognition reflects our commitment to fostering a culture where every voice is valued and every individual can grow. We are proud to serve the agricultural community with a team that leads with passion, collaboration, and purpose.”
