UNITEDAG BENEFITS CONNECT APP

The new UnitedAg Benefits Connect app is now available for download on both Apple and Android devices. This innovative app is designed to provide you with instant access to your health benefits, ensuring that you always have your benefits information and identification card handy, wherever you go.

EMPLOYER HEALTH PORTAL USER GUIDE

ACCESS THE MEMBER HEALTH PORTAL

Visit unitedag.org. On the top toolbar, hover your mouse over Health Portal and click on Employer/Member or Provider. You can also access the online health portal directly by visiting: unitedag.org/healthportal. If you're a first time user and do not have a login, please click on the Register Now button in the top left corner.

You will need the following information to register as an employee:

  • First and Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • UABT Member ID #
  • Email, Cell Phone or Phone Number

What can you access on the Health Portal?

  • View your Explanation of Benefits (EOB’s)
  • View/Print temporary ID cards
  • Download forms and documents
  • Communicate with enrollment representative through our secure message system

RESET OR CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

To reset your password on the Health Portal:

  • Click on Forgot Your Password? located above the Log In button. You will be asked to enter your Email address and answer a quick security question. Then you'll be prompted to update your password. If you need assistance, you can call Member Services at 800.223.4590 for assistance.

To change your password, visit Health Portal and login to your account.

  • On the left menu bar, click on Account Settings.
  • Under the Change Password section, type in your old password (or temporary password if you reset it).
  • Then type in your new password and click on Save.
  • You also have the option to change your security question on this page.

REQUEST A NEW ID CARD

Once you are logged into the Health Portal, click on the Benefits tab on the left menu bar. Then click on ID Card. You can either Get ID Card Now (view your ID card) or Request ID Card by Mail. If this option is not available on your screen, please contact your administrator for additional information.
