Leadership is an ongoing learning process. To lead others, one has to first lead oneself. As a leader, it is important to understand that you must always work on improving your skills. Building on the success of the 1st-year academy, we’ll be offering “Master” classes for alumni to further develop and enhance their leadership styles.
The six in-person courses offer a unique and immersive learning experience, fostering growth and empowerment for continuous leadership growth. Check out our OPS Forum on-demand to learn more more about the Master Program.

Our Master Program is tailored to feature small group workshops, personalized workbooks, guest speakers, and a safe setting where women can draw inspiration from the shared experiences of other participants. Note: Completing the Foundation program is required to participate in the Master program.
