UnitedAg Welcomes Three Industry Leaders to Board of Directors

Industry leaders bring valuable expertise and perspective to UnitedAg’s Board of Directors.

Irvine, CA — UnitedAg announces the addition of three members to its Board of Directors: Tony Calleja of General Produce, Jennifer Keegan of Nunes Company, and Austin Flores of Grimmius Cattle.

Collectively, UnitedAg’s new board members bring more than 100 years of combined experience in agriculture, business leadership and workforce management to the organization. Their diverse backgrounds span finance, accounting, human resources, operations and agricultural leadership, offering valuable perspectives from across the industry. From managing complex business and financial operations to strengthening agricultural workforces and leading large-scale ranch operations, their collective expertise will help UnitedAg remain closely connected to the real-world needs of its members, their employees and the broader agricultural community.

Jennifer Keegan
HR Director, The Nunes Company, Inc.

Jennifer Keegan is the HR Director at The Nunes Company, Inc., a family-owned grower-shipper of organic and conventional produce known for its Foxy brand. A Salinas native, Jennifer holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and is both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified. Prior to joining Nunes, she served as HR Director at Vegetable Growers Supply for 17 years.

Austin Flores
Chief Operating Officer, Grimmius Cattle Co.

Austin Flores is Chief Operating Officer of Grimmius Cattle Co., a family-owned and operated calf ranch. Born and raised in Visalia, Austin began his career with Grimmius in finance and accounting before transitioning into operational leadership. Over the past decade, he has focused on transforming agriculture’s approach to workforce development and now oversees a team of more than 1,000 employees. With deep family roots in agriculture, Austin is committed to creating a lasting impact on the organization and its people.

Tony Calleja
Chief Financial Officer, General Produce Distribution Co.

Tony Calleja brings more than 45 years of leadership experience across finance, accounting, human resources, sales, and operations. He holds a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University. His career spans the semiconductor, telecommunications, technology, and private equity sectors, including leading organizations through IPO, recapitalization, M&A, and successful sale transactions. Tony currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of General Produce Distribution Co.
