This summer, we invite you to join our health portal sign up initiative designed to get your employees connected to the UnitedAg Health Portal and empower them to take charge of their well-being.
Prioritize Your Wellbeing
- Sign up your company for the race.
- Promote Enrollment: Encourage your employees to register or log in to the Health Portal.
- Race Period: From June 2nd to August 31st, employees who enroll will be entered to win prizes.
- We Handle the Rest: UnitedAg provides materials, QR codes, digital templates, and prize fulfillment!

Contest Rules
Employers will be grouped into three categories based on the number of eligible subscribers:
- Small Employer: Fewer than 25 subscribers
- Medium Employer: 25 –100 subscribers
- Large Employer: Over 100 subscribers
Incentives for Your Company
Enrolled employees will be eligible to win exclusive merchandise:
- Wellness bundles
- Fitness trackers
- Phone stands
- Summer-themed giveaways
Contest Prizes
Winners will be determined by the highest percentage of subscriber registrations on the Health Portal within each
size category.
Top performing employers in each group—Small, Medium, and Large—will earn Wellness Dollars to invest in future employee health initiatives like flu clinics, fitness programs, healthy snacks, or wellness incentives. Company contacts will receive monthly updates, and winners will be announced in early September.
