Director of IT / CTO

Our IT team and needs have grown exponentially over the last few years and have transformed from a 1-2 man team to a dynamic team of five and still growing, challenging the way UnitedAg has processed the flow of information, updating technologies, and developing cutting-edge processes and efficiencies throughout the organization. We are now looking for an IT visionary who will be able to take this team to the next level. With the recent transition to a state-of-the-art claims system, the ability to extract meaningful data, this new role will need to come with a background in healthcare, data and IT systems. This position will be responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure for our organization. We will look for someone that is able to envision solutions, understand how to implement them, and has a true passion for serving our members.
