Controller / CFO

We are looking for a strong, experienced leader for our Accounting team. The ideal candidates will be extremely passionate about numbers, financials, understanding the significance and impact, be extremely detail-oriented and be a terrific manager of people and accounting functions. This role reports directly to the CEO of UnitedAg. They can either be a current controller looking for an opportunity to learn and grow with a dynamic team, and could grow into our CFO, or could be someone who is already a CFO, looking for a new challenge with our growing organization. Important elements of the role include: all finance, accounting and reporting activities.

The Controller will be involved in supporting presentations to the board finance and audit committee and will work closely with the senior leadership team. Leading all day-to-day finance operations maintains functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Combine this with strategic planning, evaluation and overseeing our financial growth, and you may be our ideal candidate.
