Les Graulich is CFO and Secretary/Treasurer for Plantel Nurseries, Inc., a large vegetable transplant nursery in Santa Maria, Calif. He also is an active board member of the corporation, which has grown by more than 300% since his arrival in 2001.

Les has more than 35 years of experience in business management, finance, tax preparation, accounting and management consulting. For 30 of those years he has served as President, CEO or CFO for various corporations. Les owned his own accounting and management consulting company in Colorado, and well as his own insurance underwriting business in five states in the Mountain region. He was CFO for a start-up frozen vegetable processor which grew by over 700% during his tenure and was sold to a publicly traded company (Dean Foods). Prior to joining Plantel Nurseries, Les was President, CEO and Partner with PetroWest Equipment, Inc.

Les previously served on the UnitedAg Board of Directors and was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2017.
