Effective January 2019, UnitedAg has launched a new health benefits portal. We are excited to provide you access as you familiarize yourself with its capabilities. Please take a look at the important information listed below regarding how to access the new health portal.

You will need the following infomation
to register as an employee / employer/ rep:
  1. Administrator Name: United Agribusiness League
  2. First and Last Name
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Member ID #
    (Important:The Member ID# contains 9-characters + 2-digits for the person code. Example: 1234A5678(xx); 00 = Employee; 01 = First Dependent; 02 = Second Dependent, etc.
  5. Employer Group Name

What I can access on the Health Portal:

  • View EOB’s
  • Print Temporary ID Cards
  • Download forms
  • Communicate with enrollment representative through our secure message system

Additional Access for Employer / Reps:

  • Make group contribution payments
  • Add or remove members from a group plan
  • View current enrollee coverage (eligibility)
  • Send and receive enrollment documents, plan information & marketing flyers through our document center
  • Communicate with an enrollment representative through our secure message system
  • User-friendly self-registration
  • View all the groups you service under one account
  • Update your personalized portal profile
