LATEST COVERAGE FOR THOSE AFFECTED

UnitedAg Health & Wellness Centers

Our Health & Wellness Centers are available to provide immediate care* for non-emergency related conditions. You can also access care via the teleconsult service which connects members with a bilingual health care provider. This service is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm by appointment only. To schedule an appointment at your local wellness center or a teleconsult with a health care professional, call 877.877.7981 or visit unitedag.org/wellness.

*Many of the services offered are available at $0 co-pay with no deductible for most UnitedAg (UABT) health plans.


Members in need of immediate assistance should contact UnitedAg Member Services at 800.223.4590. We are working with our PPO partner, Blue Shield of California, to assure members in care and disease management programs in mandatory evacuation areas continuity of care. If a member may have lost or misplaced their identification card, they can contact Member Services for a new card.


To aid our members during this difficult time, Teladoc is offering access to general medical care at no charge for residents of the affected evacuation zones. This service extends beyond current Teladoc eligibility and is available to any individual impacted during this time.

The wildfires in California are causing many across the state to be on high alert or evacuate their homes. We understand the stress that this creates, on top of worries that already exist because of the pandemic or life in general. We want you to know that you are not alone. CVS Caremark is prepared to help members in affected areas. Their Customer Care will approve one-time emergency refills of a 10-day supply of medication for affected members in these areas. You can reach their customer care line at 888.6261084.

Impacted members within the emergency area taking specialty medications will be contacted to discuss alternate delivery arrangements, if needed. The use of courier services will be engaged as necessary. If an override is needed for a Specialty medication, Specialty operations will contact account management for approval.


Any VSP member who has lost or broken their eyewear due to the fires can call our Member Services Support Line at 800.877.7195 to have their VSP benefits reinstated regardless of eligibility. Individuals without VSP coverage can contact their local American Red Cross chapter and request a VSP Global Eyes of Hope gift certificate. Visit their website for more information.
