Join the fight against
COVID-19 and help us
grow a healthy
community, together.
California and Arizona have begun the rollout of safe and effective COVID-19 vaccines. Vaccination is one of the essential tools to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. Your county health department prioritizes vaccines for distribution to those at the highest risk of contracting and spreading COVID.
Even after receiving the vaccine, continue to wear your mask, wash your hands, maintain social distance and stay informed. We have the power to end the pandemic if we all do our part.
█--About Our Campaign
Our goal is to educate and promote confidence among the agricultural workforce in their decision to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Those in the agricultural workforce are at higher risk for severe complications from COVID-19 due to the increased prevalence of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other underlying conditions.
Social determinants of health, factors related to housing and work environment, are likely contributing to increased rates. This is why we're reaching out to our member community with an awareness campaign encouraging them to wear their "luchador" mask and join the fight to defeat COVID.
