Dear Member,

As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic is bringing daily changes, challenges and stresses to all of us. I want to personally assure you that for UnitedAg, everything is business as usual in terms of the services we provide.

Our top priority is the health, safety and well-being of our members, employees, communities, and those we work with and serve. With this in mind, we have quickly established new guidelines for our staff, while still meeting our member needs with the least disruption as possible.

UnitedAg is fully prepared to support our membership. Our team has grown stronger than ever and know that all our resources remain available to each of you. We’ve become even more creative and resilient, and it’s been amazing to see how all of us have adapted so quickly.

Nothing will change from a service perspective for our members. UnitedAg, our Health and Wellness Centers, and all related services will remain open and available to assist you and your families as usual. UnitedAg will have staff accessible by phone or email Monday - Saturday, with slightly modified hours of operation from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

We will be continuously sharing strategies and resources as they become available in the coming weeks. All our teams continue to be available by email or phone and we are developing creative ideas to help support our members for service, using virtual meetings and other tools. We continue to evaluate our member’s concerns, to see how we can best support many of the rapidly changing issues.

Our benefits and services are important to the health and wellbeing of your employees, as well as the industry we serve. I am grateful to say that through the hard work and dedication of the entire UnitedAg team, we will continue to operate normally. We value our partnerships and understanding and wish you and your loved ones all the best. Stay safe and healthy.
